I'm grateful you're here! My name is Natalie Hamlin and I'm currently receiving my Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Design with a Minor in Studio Art and an emphasis in Global studies at Auburn University. Those three academic pursuits sum me up pretty well; I am passionate about the the design process, making things with my hands, and intersecting with other cultures respectfully and compassionately.

You may have noticed some video clip at the top of the pages you've clicked on. My hope in offering these videos was to bring you into a bit of the world I work and create in. Because my degree does not offer studio space, a defining part of my work flow since my freshman year has been 'the making of studio space' around me. The Home page shows a glimpse into what this looks like. Each home I've lived in ends up getting adorned by trace paper and covered in thinking, sketching, ideating Natalie scribbles. Oh what these walls have seen! Creating space to create space!
